God knows our hearts. He knows what's churning away deep inside us, hidden, waiting to hurt us and causing us to say or do things we really don't want to do. He knows every hidden desire, every wound, every hidden sin and ungodly belief in the depths of our hearts. And he wants to heal them all.
Action Step. Read the Bible Every day as you do, Holy Spirit will reveal things to you about yourself, things that need to be changed. Listen to it. Face the hard truth of your brokenness, knowing that healing is on the other side of this tough truth. Surrender your brokenness to God.
Find scriptures that deal with that issue and do whatever Holy Spirit tells you. Soon this area of weakness, of brokenness, will be an area of strength and it'll be an area where you can bring healing to others. Quick example. Most of you know that I was an alcoholic for a about 10 years before I became a Christian.
God has enabled me to touch the lives of other alcoholics from time to time. Because I've been there, I've been through it, and God rescued me from it. God will do the same for you. He will turn your weaknesses into strengths. He's that good.
